Who this covers

This site is operated by Carolyn Kohl, a REALTOR® with Forest Realty Group in Arizona. This policy explains what we collect when you request a guide or contact us, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you request a guide we collect your first name, last name (if you give it), email address and mobile number (if you give it).

We also record technical details with your request: your IP address, browser type, the page you were on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (UTM values). We keep a record of the consent you gave, including the exact wording you saw and when.

Why we collect it

To send you the guide you asked for, to confirm your email address, to follow up about buying or selling real estate, and to keep proof of your consent. We do not sell your information.

Where it is kept

Your details are kept in Forest Realty Group's client system (BoldTrail) and with Amazon Web Services (AWS), which hosts this site and its forms. Those providers handle the data only to run these services for us.

Email

We email you the confirmation link, the guide, and follow-up about buying or selling real estate. You can opt out at any time by replying to any email and asking to stop, or by contacting us using the link below.

SMS Terms

By ticking the text-message box on a guide form you agree to receive recurring text messages, including automated ones, from Carolyn Kohl with Forest Realty Group at the mobile number you provided, about buying or selling real estate. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. After you reply STOP we will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your choices: access and deletion

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send the request through the contact page (https://carolynkohl.forestrealtyaz.com/contact.php) and we will respond promptly. We may need to keep a record of your consent for legal reasons.

Governing law and changes

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. If we change it we will update the date at the top of this page.
